Our proposal for the LAX extension takes into account the high volumes of traffic and the constant layovers currently present at LAX. We proposed a casino with a hotel that attends to and alleviates these current issues. The program also includes nightclubs, and other activities to make space a 24-hour active zone that engages more with the community. These types of attractions will bring in a steady source of income for the Dockweiler region and provide tourists with multiple attractions all overlooking the beach.
