Our goal was to create a new healthy workplace that works to provide a safe open working space in the dense urban fabric of Los Angeles. By not providing AC and relying only on natural air filtering we avoid the recycled air issue and greenhouse emissions from high electrical needs. We instead cool our building by having a rain forest on top of the structure and on the south side of the structure.
